Vision ego stardust help

So I have a stardust and the flat oring that goes inside the tank part where the mouthpiece screws in fell out... It wont fit in right now... when i try to put it in it seems like it got stretched out... anyone know what i can do about this?

I'm jealous..I'm still waiting on mine. From what I've read on here about them, the function of that o ring is mainly to squeegie the mouthpiece when it is removed. A few people have had theirs come out. I think one managed to get it to snap back into place, but most left it out with no effect on the performance of the carto. The vendor has suggested to just be aware that that piece is there and be a bit more cautious when removing or replacing the tip and/or when cleaning the unit.

edited to add: How are these working out for you despite the o ring issue. I'm stalking the mailman waiting for mine to get here to try them out. I've been a die hard ce2 user for awhile and if they can perform like my ce2s without the hassles, I'll be in vape heaven!

They are great... but without that oring it getting a lot of air and bubbling

Just take pliers and pull off the metal part where the mouthpiece goes in... put the ring on top of the plastic and put the metal cap back on... the oring is sandwiched in there

Nuvene, You get the Platinum I said that where in stock? I got two and both the o rings came out. Thanks for the fix. Works better now.
Mine where also an having Air flow and connection issue's. A 510 to 510 adapter ffix that issue.Getting more air flow and better hit.
You think that they would test these in design and see these problem.
I hope the one's I ordered from Gotvapes are a better.
