Vision Spinner 2 Delayed activing of coils?

I just bought a Vision Spinner 2 and I'm not sure if it is working properley. When i press the manual button the light comes of fine but it seems the coil does not start heating up for 2-3 seconds? i volt it manly on 3.8 and use it on Kanger Protank 3 mini and a Vigor Duel coil tank and seems to happen on both but the Kanger seems to start heating the coil in the 1.5-2. second range is this normal? if not is there a way to fix it?

I have Vision Spinners, Ego-Ts & KP2s too. They work better if you give them a second. 3.8 is where ours are normally set & they all like that little delay. Both the Ts & the Spinners are 1300 mah. I've ordered the 1650 MAH spinners but I don't expect them to be much different because I'll still keep the volts down to stop burning. I have a iTaste MVP & it doesn't have that delay issue even at 3.3 volts
