Hello all. First time poster (obviously) long-time lurker. I'm Jakob.

Anyway, I have an issue I thought maybe you fine folks could help me with, because I'm getting frustrated. I'll try to keep it as detailed and informative without making a text-wall.

My Vision Spinner 1300mah, I've had it for almost 4 months now, never a problem and I actually prefer it over my Vamo v2.

As of a few days ago, it died, no biggie so I put it on the charger. Red light, green blips, the fire button is white.
All good.
I wake up in the morning and it's still in the same state, so I clean the connections thoroughly and try again.
I leave it there almost the whole day and it doesn't change.
..take it off and give it a go even though it's still red. It worked for one puff then the light flashed numerous times.
Clean connections again, turn it off and on again.. just nothing. I ordered a new one like I was planning to, anyway but I would still like to have a back up just in case.

Any advice, ideas, anything would be welcome..

I have tried this on multiple chargers, I should have mentioned. I just discovered something odd.. the battery isn't screwing on nice and neat? I feel like I have to force it on now, which wasn't happening last night or the previous.

And yes, I'm just glad if it had to clunk out on me now it was during tax season when I can afford to replace it and not be stuck with my tiny little Ego-c 650 =P

grab a paper clip and see if U can pull up the center pin on the battery...possibly the center pin on the battery has been pushed down from U overtightening clearos/tanks to it, or the battery to the charger...U just need to gently hand tighten the battery to a charger, or any tank to the battery..worse thing U can do is overtighten anything.....

and If U need a new spinner, order here via Registered Airmail Singapore Post - signature required at delivery (do not use USPS First Class for shipping) and expect it in 10-20 days..free shipping for orders over $20..but this battery is only about 70 cents to upgrade ship as suggested above, if your only buy 1 and order is less than $20

$12.82 $12.82 Vision Spinner Style 1100mAh Variable Voltage Battery - 3.3-4.8V at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$14.27 $14.27 EGO-C Twist 1300mAh Variable Voltage Rechargeable Battery - black / 3.2-4.8V at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Both of these are clones but work well..many places will tell you theirs are Authentic Vision Spinners but they are NOT..at least Fasttech lets U know they are clones..

I have a Vision Spinner 1100mAH. It works fine...I did not get it from Fasttech. There are people that like Fasttech for the price, and there are people that don't like a predominance of knockoff products and the very long delivery times.

I just stay away from Fasttech.

I just saw a Vision Spinner VV 1300mAH for $16.96 (Battery only).

I have one of those too. It sounds like it just stopped working one morning as opposed to the battery dying from normal wear (steadily losing ability to hold charge b/c of chems wearing out)? If so and you haven't tried this already: check the other half of your setup. For ex. on the underside of your tank you can adjust the connection through the flat-head that makes contact with the battery through the plate at the top of the Vision. If that doesn't work, my guess would be your battery was getting closer to natural end of life, and noise on the line (a spike/surge or brownout) finished the job at some point in the night. When your new one comes in you can hopefully pin it down better. I'd be a little careful using the same charger too, it might have issues if the original problem was a line surge.

Had mine for about a week. It gave really dry hits then it stopped. The charger indicated green. Then I got a red green high speed flash that appears now like a solid yellow. Whether it is plugged in or not it periodically flashes rapidly at the button. And flashes when the button is pressed. I have a good carto and get that flashing.
I will try raising the center pin and cleaning the charger. I was vaping near a wet saw and had wet hands. Is that what did it in?

Ya, red/green is the signal that it's charging and halfway-ish to full. Sounds like you've got a short somewhere. The Spinner doesn't have a ton of circuitry, you might be able to do what you're saying plus maybe dry it out (ex. rice), there might not be permanent damage.
