I have not found one yet Chris, let alone a good one, which I find real odd. There has got to be one around. Could be some goofy Chicago or Illinois taxes or laws keeping them in hiding. Every once in a while I do a search, but no luck yet.
Doesn't bother me much though. Since I found GotVapes I have such a stash, only a nuclear disaster would put a pinch on my supplies.

gotvapes has a 14day warranty on all batteries, they wouldnt replace it for me another vendor has them cheaper and a 30 day warranty. i will be buying 2 more from them...

One of the two that I bought has suffered MOFSET failure too..Lasted about a month..I suppose electronics is what it is and can fail at any time..

The other one is doing fine..
