Visions stone tank not working

I got a visions stone tank yesterday and it worked great for a couple hours and then -- dead. Nothing. Could it be connections or anything or just dead? Any help appreciated.

just changed the innards from a brand new pack, thats not working either.

Have you moved the center connector post out to make sure you got a good connection? If you have access to a multimeter you can check it to see what's going on. Could be a lose wire or something.

Maybe the pin on your battery is pushed too far down for it to connect. Try prying gently at the sides with tweezers or something similar. It might not look like it's doing any good and you probably won't be able to tell that it is higher, but it might work. It did for me when I had a similar issue with a carto not connecting when other things would.

Thanks bonny, i did try that, and still does not work, on 2 different devices.
