I was looking for Cloud 9, but their website is currently down. You have enough posts now to post in the UK sub-forum and should probably get info on the best prices there.

OK, speaking in general terms, do Vision have a good reputation for quality and are the clones of their products generally of inferior quality? (don't want to make any assumptions!)

I really can't say one way or the other. Some people only want Vision, but then have a bad experience, while others have a good experience with clones. Candidly, these devices are inexpensive and QC is iffy. It's said "You get what you pay for" but they cost about the same.

I got a copy of the nova and its not the same. If u looking for real vision vivi nova heads, look up ecigcharleston.com they have real nova heads. Hope this helps.

I've had pretty good luck with Vision products, but in the end, it's all Chinese and Chinese QC is Chinese QC.

Thanks, if it's not spam! (Sorry, bit wary of advice from people whose last few posts are recommending vendors!) I'm in the UK anyway, so prob not worth ordering from there.

Cheers, I was thinking along the same lines. Although, to be fair I've seen some terrible QC in American and British products as well, particularly in unregulated markets. (QC is the strongest argument in favour of regulation imho, and even then in this market it's more the juices than the gear.)
