So I have been loving my Vivi Novas pretty much since they dropped. I have three now, and they have a lot of miles on them. However long they have been out, they are almost that old. In the last week or so, they are giving me fits, though. They are leaking almost constantly. I can't quite tell where the leak is coming from, but as I was vaping in front of the mirror this morning (because I was putting on makeup, not to watch myself vape  ) I could see vapor drifting back into the tank from around the seal. I was also pondering if the threads are just not sealing well any more, since the outside of the tank almost always seems to be damp.

So what do the experts think? Did I get a bad batch of heads? Need to replace the plastic tanks? Time to give them a proper burial and get some new ones?

To somewhat give you a direction to your question.... The first thing you must find out is where the leak is found at. Only you can say if it is from the tank or from the 510 connector.

You can probably use a kleenex or some toilet paper to find out if the leak is coming from the tube itself. If it is the tube area... look at the o-rings closely to see if they are faulty or not... rough spots would help indicate it. If it is the o-rings, I'm not sure where to suggest to get replacements but undoubtedly some exist somewhere. If it doesn't appear to be the o-rings but you are certain that it is coming from the tube still... replacement is probably in order at that point. Tubes for the larger Vision Vivi Nova can be found here GotVapes Vision ViVi Nova™ V2.5 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more ... the Vision Mini Vivi Nova tubes are here GotVapes Vision Mini Vivi Nova™ : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more ... STV tubes are here NEW GotVapes Vision STV Nova : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more ... GotVapes doesn't carry the tubes for the iClear brand and has never carried the Smoktech Vivi Nova's at all

If it is coming out of the 510 connector... while it may be something with the head/coils... it's more likely actually due to the heat itself. Heat will thin the juice making it easy for any carto, clearo, tank etc to overwick and also leak past the coils. To see if it heat related... just keep it out of the heat for a while ... I can't think of any other way to find out. If this seems to be the problem... the only thing I can suggest is to try using a higher VG percentage during the warmer months.

Thanks guys. They are 2.5's so the oldest is pushing 10 months and the others are only a month or 2 newer. I don't see any defects in the o rings, but my eyes aren't what they used to be and I think they are the culprit, either causing leaks at the threads or at the top seal. I think they have lived a good life and it is time for them to retire. Guess I will be placing an order soon. :D
