As your battery is fixed voltage the main difference will be (or should be) in the warmth of the vape. With the 1.8ohm head you will be
vaping at around 7 watts, with the 2.4 head, a little over 5 watts and the 2.8 will be a little under 5 watts.
All this means that you may have noticed slightly more vapor production and maybe a little more flavor with the lower ohm heads.
That said, if you didn't notice much difference, stick with the higher ones if you like, as you will get slightly better battery performance.
Everyone is different and your juice, inhalation technique, etc may all make more difference to your
vaping experience than the resistance of the head.
