I know this thread is a bit old but while finding it, thought I'd ask if this is an authentic Vision if anyone knows?
https://www.surevapes.com/Vision-Vivi-Nova-35ML-v25-Kit_p_113.html

I got it yesterday and really loved the initial flavor/throat it but it quickly was leaking -- around the sides so I guess from the top seam. Seems every time I took the top off to make sure things were not lose or to add more juice it worsened. If I try another one, is there advice on where to buy one? Or is this usually a good place. It is my first time doing business with them. I usually use myvaporstore.com but their prices are better on some things.

I hate to spend more money as have tried different things to no avail. My Evods are the most reliable but I liked the throat hit with tanks and wanted this too as it seems easy to clean. Not real fond of cartomizers both taste wise and dependability. Also, I use all VG juice with an ego twist, vision twist and an ego-t batteries if that matters.

Thanks in advance. :)

What is pictured is a real Vision Vivi Nova. You can always tell by looking at the heads. The real ones have a flat rubber top heads like the one on the left. The clones have the pointy metal top on the heads.

If yours is leaking on the outside of the body, I would return it. That is probably caused by either a small crack, or a messed up seal. If it was leaking down the center post onto the battery then it would be an issue with that particular head and could be fixed.

I will add that those are plastic and some juices will corrode and crack them. What juice were you using?

Thanks for the photo Scott, I appreciate it. Mine is authentic it seems. I kind of thought it was, but something else I was sent made me wonder -- though I think it was dated stock (the other item) that had since changed.

As for flavor I put a tobacco in it with a little caramel. I knew of the plastic warning and was going to order a metal tank if I liked it. I read a real interesting post about why vivis leak...it's on another forum but it sounded reasonable enough. Does your Vision Vivi Nova v2.5 get intermittent "mystery leaks"? This may be why... - General e Cig Discussion - Vapor Talk E Cig Forum

Kind of falls in line with why it was worsening when I removed the top lid -- not sure if it's the reason but thought I'd post it for future readers. I"m not sure I understand what they mean by the fix for it and it sounds like a risk anyway. I had to tighten the older evod heads -- no tools required == (new ones don't loosen as much it seems) but this sounds a little different.

I'll probably try one of the spare heads the kit came with some juice I don't like or something but it's almost not worth returning things for me that are under <$10 due to my location etc. Sadly this makes for a lot of being nickle and dimed to death...bad cartos, heads etc.

Maybe I'll try it again later -- the switch from smoking to vaping has gotten kinda pricey but as I go through what works and doesn't (including juice) the cost should go down. Thanks again.
