Hey guys,
I recently got my first great setup for vaping. Ill make a post on the specifics on that, but I need to get to my issue. I got a vivi nova mini tank and it was hitting great! I didnt like the liquid it had in it so I decided to dump it back into its container and put some new stuff in. I cleaned it out by taking it apart, and rinsing every piece with water. I dumped in my favorite juice and screwed her on in. Took a puff and nothing...no vapor whatsoever. I thought to myself oh ill clean it again and do a much more thorough job, so i took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly, drying every part as to make sure there were no errors in the process. Well, I poured my liquid in and still nothing. Im very confused and Im just a wee newbie, so does anybody have any advice?

If I screw in the heads with wet fingers, I don't get them tight enough and they leak. Leaking interferes with vaping.

Also, after washing them AND patting the wick dry VERY GENTLY, and adding juice, I let it sit a minimum of 15 minutes then when I start vaping I get little or nothing for the first few minutes.

As others have said, you may also have finally fried the head (replace it until you learn to rebuild them) or the battery and head pins can be missing each other becaues one got depressed. I usually lift the battery center pin carefully with a toothpick.

I have also had a head that was not QUITE fried, then if I rinse it too roughly, it finally breaks inside or something, and that head goes into the "rebuild me" box. I have a dozen or so heads (bought some used stuff from someone) and I rebuild 4 or so on a Sunday every 2-3 weeks.
