Vivi Nova mini, Why the delay to get it vaping?

There is about a 1-2 second delay from when I press the button on my ego twist till I hear the sizzle of the nova, after the initial hit, it takes about 1/2-1 second for the next consecutive hits... On my stardust and my friends Kanger, it starts sizzling the exact moment I pressed the button.

Does the Nova not conduct the power from the battery properly? It's minor but it is kinda annoying to have to warm it up before vaping.

ok, I'll try the 1.8 coil today...any possibility it might be the housing? the part that the coil head screws into

I have the same issue. It's a 1.8ohm. eGo-T 650mah battery.

I received my Vivi Nova Mini 2 days ago. At first there was no delay. After two refills, I'm getting a ~1 second delay. Haven't tried switching the atomizer yet... will report back in a week.

Just put one on the vmax at three volts, fires up at once. No problem here.
