Vivi Nova "Replacement Heads" confusion.

I'm not sure what a vision vt is, but this is t2 Kanger T2 EgO Replacement Atomizer Heads.

Tells you right in the description they are for the VT tanks and not novas. Email them and explain it to them and you guys will have to do some trading. Something got messed up between order and shipping. Someone somewhere is cursing that they got Nova heads.

Lol that part made me crack up. I submitted a ticket so I guess well have to wait and see. Would be a real bummer if these guys let me down now, because so far they've had great service and legit products. Ill update this thread with their response for the sake of letting you guys know how they work when SHTF.

Well those won't fit my genuine vision vivi's .. that metal cone on top is like a smok version vivi head

I have 3 Vivi's, 1 of em is an STV and I'm tellin ya fer the last time...grab a kanger protank on the 15th and be done.

They will make it right, I'm sure. If they are any sort of reputable dealer it'll be no problem.

Just wanted to give an update. 8 hours after I posted my ticket (they said they'll respond within 24-48), I received the following response.

"Sorry for the mix up. We had about ten packs of coils for our VT tank that were mislabeled as 1.8 Vivi Nova coils. Again, very sorry for the confusion. We can send out the correct coils to you today, if that's alright with you. Please let us know when you can. Thanks."

Got my thumbs up as a vendor.

Final update. Just a few hours ago, they emailed me letting me know they shipped me the correct heads. All in all took less than 24 hours to respond and replace the heads. Great service I'd say. I'm sending them back their their VT heads or whatever they're called, so all is well.
