I am new to vape but loving it. Getting a 1000 Mah VV battery and vivi nova tank system.

Someone said to make the wicks last longer and have a better experience take the plastic part off the top of the wick to reveal the coil and put 1 or 2 drops of juice on the coil when filling your new tank (and new wick) He said it may lead to needing to dry burn or clean more often but will help the wicks get going and help a beginner have a better experience. Is this true? Has anyone else done this?

Everywhere else I have seen instructions they say to avoid getting juice on the coil.

I tried this and the Vivi Nova flooded immediately. I think you are best to fill them up as usual and then give it 20m for the wick to wick the juice.

Thanks for the reply. From what I hear these kits don't come with instruction manuals. I have seen vids on how to fill the tanks and will just stick with that. I have never heard "wait 20m" after filling tanks but will try that first. Thanks a lot.

Dripping on the Vivi Nova's is one of its advantages. But you don't need to remove anything. Just take off the top/mouth piece and drip into the cone to get it started, or just continue to drip, inconvenient but it was my first "dripper." Good luck.

Oh, okay. Thanks for the reply. The one I saw had a clear plastic cap covering the coil and top of the wicks. I just assumed that was the one I was getting. I'll have to see what mine looks like. Have a good one. Thanks.
