vmax v2 question

i bought a vmax v2. but im not sure if the vmax v2 i bought is broken or defective
when im inserting the batteries the LED light opened and counting numbers and turned off. i clicked it many times to open but no number or digits appeared. i read the instruction so i know how to use it, i tried to remove and insert the batteries. its still same
just opened and counting only

any vmax v2 user here? please help

i didnt even put any atomizer on it, its my first try. and its not opening. i already submitted a ticket for this. im just waiting for a new batteries to arrive and test it. ill let you know what will happen
