Love their customer service. Had an issue with my black LT (LCD was malfunctioning), I was sent a prepaid label and the unit is going in for testing tomorrow. Had to wait a few days before sending it, didn't have anything to use so I ordered a Chrome Lavatube to use during that time. I placed the order on Friday and as of today, it still showed "processing", which was puzzling me. So I opened a ticket and also called. Spoke to a very nice CS rep who tracked the order down and called me back within an hour. Turns out, it DID ship same day but the tracking info wasn't linked to the order so it never showed as "completed". I actually got the tube this evening via FedEx. Thank you very much for tracking the order for me and getting back with me so fast. Excellent customer service and FAST order processing!
