What an awesome company dedicated to customer service!
I had ordered a Lavatube V2 at the beginning of the year and it ended up having a bad solder point on the positive pin. No biggie due to their 1 year limited warranty.
Spoke to joeinferno here on ecf who had told me what the problem was and told me to talk to CS.
Finally got around to talking to CS and they sent me a shipping label 4 days ago. Called them today and said they were going to ship out my replacement today!
Really pleased (and i mean REALLY pleased) with their customer service and this company. Volcano, keep doing what you guys are doing. This just made my day. Dependable and understanding people that work here ill say!
