I received a volcano express starter kit which didn't work. I was expecting to actually be posting in the 'negative experience' thread, but no!
I got a call back, explained what was going on. He was very nice, and understood, very empathetic!
So, as it turns out, instead of sending it back, paying for shipping, waiting for it to get there, them looking at it, sending one back, etc...
I got a few points for the trouble, and a couple recommendations on what I should get instead since the express kits are no longer being offered while they upgrade them.
So, really glad I got to post in the positive thread, and pleasantly surprised. A++ for customer service!
