When trying to use the discount code or redeem your points, place all the items in your cart that you wish to purchase. Then click on the "View Cart" button. A new pop up window will appear. Click on the "View Cart" button in that new window (not the "check out" button). There you will find a slider bar to select how many points you wish to use, and a box to enter discount codes in. On the right side near the bottom of that page you will find you adjusted total, below that you will find a "Proceed to Checkout" button, click that to continue checking out.
