Hi, i have been vaping about tWo months and like it a lot ,have had great luck with volcano products until the Clearomizers every single on in the package has come undone at the thread where it meets the battery I did speak with customer service after the first one the instructed me to only turn using the metal part but the results have been the same! any body know how the bond it to the threads and can it be reglued so to speak?

The tubes are not glued to the base at all. They are designed to fit snug against the base. There is a silicon seal at the bottom to prevent leaking. If you gently rock them back and forth while pushing down on the tube, you should be able to get the tube back on tightly.
The advantage to this way of doing it this way is that the cartos are easier to clean, since you can remove and replace the tubing when necessary.
