whats the difference between an auto and manual ?

On my very first order 9+ months ago, I was convinced that auto was the way to go. After all, I was a 40+ year smoker and auto was like smoking, right? Wrong! I made a mistake with that first order and got 1 auto and 1 manual, and I'm glad I did. Turns out that whole button thing is not a problem at all. The manual was much more like smoking, at least for me.
