Voltage and LR cartos

Can a 4.2V KR808 rated at 250mah handle a LR cartomizer at roughly 2ohms? I believe the battery drops to around a steady ~3.8v.

I've been using this battery with a horizontal carto rated between 2.7-3ohms and the carto still gets fairly hot and easily burns if the juice gets too low.

JMO, but I wouldn't use a LR carto because of the capacity. LR cartos and atties should only be used on batteries with at least 450mAh. I know, I know...there are people out there who do use LR on the slim type batteries, but they're taking a risk that the MOSFET switch might be fried.
