Am I right that the higher the battery voltage the more TH, flavor, vapor will be produced, with the downside of burning juice faster?

Higher ohms of the carto or atomizer essentially lowers the voltage of the battery being used right?

Whats the difference between a low voltage battery with a low ohm atomizer and a high volt battery with a high ohm atomizer?

Yes, power = volts-squared-over-resistance (P = V x V / R).

Example, 4.7V passthrough and a 3 ohm standard 808 carto: 4.7 x 4.7 / 3 = 7.4 Watts
Example 2, 3.7V standard KR808D-1 battery with low resistance 1.9 ohm carto: 3.7 x 3.7 / 1.9 = 7.2 W

Thats exactly what I was looking for! I guess us Marks have a higher understanding of one another lol...
