Hello and welcome back for today's review of the latest device in the Argus family as of today's date. The Argus Matrix system uses the great ICOSM 2.0 Pods that produce fantastic flavor and have a very long lifespan.The Argus Matrix is simplicity with some nice features added, this is a wattage only device that really has no menu but rather 3 button combinations to make adjustments.

There is a 1350mAh internal battery and has 2a charging, power output is 30 watts max with adjustable airflow being capable of RDL or MTL vaping. Also included on this chipset is the smart wattage feature that sets a safe wattage range without going over the highest wattage for the pod being used. The round robin feature is also on this chipset along with matrix style animation, you can disable this feature if you wish, for a simple device this is set up very well.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS


Presentation is done well with the device and 0.7Ω pod that is preinstalled in their spot with the charge cord, 0.4Ω pod in a box compatibility card, vaping tips card and owners manual are also included.

I like the Iris Blue color that was sent to me and that the device is wrapped with a plastic cover for protection, I tried to keep these covers on devices as long as I can.

i charged the device which took no time as it was almost fully charged plus it has 2a charging. These pods are no stranger to me and I love the great flavor along with the long lifespan of them.

The side fill pods are so nice because they can be filled without removal from the device.

I think Voopoo did a great job with the Argus Matrix keeping on track for what it's intended for plus some nice features thrown in.

This is a very simple device to use having no real menu system but rather 3 button combinations.

* MATRIX ANIMATION - 2 Quick Presses Of The Button To Activate/Deactivate


The matrix animation is very well done, I normally don't use animation features but this one stays on my device, my pictures of it can't do it justice. The internal battery really last a long time, I can sometimes make it with one charge for the day. All visuals are very bright and clear including the 4 battery bars at the bottom of the display screen.

The airflow is good with enough for a tighter RDL vape and loose or tight for a good MTL vape. Flavor is great from both the 0.7 and 0.4 Ohm pods. There are no sharp corners to be found so that makes for a great hand feel.

My only cons are that it's a fingerprint magnet and the fact if stood upright it's easily tipped over because of the rubber bottom but that's no big deal for me.

I really like the Argus Matrix and will continue to use it. I would like to thank Siren and Voopoo for providing the Argus Matrix for the purpose of my review, I also wish to thank all of you that read my reviews.
