Hi, unable to open the voopoo drag update page, just a pop up from internet explorer asking me to open file, when i click open nothing happens, any help on this please.

I did use chrome and that pop came up i did save it, then clicked to open and same pop came up

yes, i thought that too, checked my download folder, it was there, but when i tried to open it same pop up came up, puzzled

Thats odd, I opened it and it created a desktop icon on mine.

There are 2 dowloads, one is the Configuration .zip file and the other is .xwld.

No, i went to the download and support page, tried to save it too, but still got the same pop up

First, download the configuration software zip file and the firmware xwdf file.

Make sure you choose to save the files, not open or run them.

Put them somewhere you'll remember so you can find them easily.

You need to unzip the setup file to get to the exe or executable file.

Find the exe you unzipped and run it to install the program. Then launch the program, plug in your drag and find the firmware file from the program.

From there, click download to apply the update.
