hey guys i just bought voopoo drag and the thing is the 510 pin was Craazy stiff in the beguinning so i just kinda screwed the rda many times down till it was flush and it seem to work all good now with all my tanks !
my question is is that normal and do you think it maybe broken or something ?

It's a common issue with that mod. The 510 pin in the center of the connection is spring loaded but very stiff. Some atomizers have a deeply protruding 510 center pin for safety purposes. If the 510 pin on your atomizer has a screwdriver slot in it, it may be adjustable, and you may be able to screw it in farther.

If it doesn't, consider getting or making a spacer. Try not to overtighten, as stripped threads may occur.

Yes, it sounds like you "solved" your problem but possibly at the expense of your tank's threading. You really don't want to force things with tanks, because the more you do, the more you endanger (both sides really) of your 510 connection. Tank threads subject to heavy abuse are at risk of breakage, or bending, or just being "ground down." Tanks really only need to be slightly more than finger tight, IMO.

Next time you remove your tank, check the threads and how they are holding up. While it is possible to replace a tank's 510 connection it's not something you necessarily want to be doing all the time.

If you don't like the space (if it ever occurs again) you can use a heat sink (pretty inexpensive you can find some on Fasttech as well as many other places) although you can inexpensively create your own "spacer management" system by cutting non conductive material and placing it in a disk between your tank and mod to "hide" the space.

Forcing anything is something you only want to do if it's truly necessary. Hopefully all goes well from here on out, but don't force stuff, etc.

Yep, agree with @Coastal Cowboy. My Drag was the same way when I first got it. Was kind of afraid to screw my atty all the way down, lol. It did loosen up though and has been fine with anything I've tried on it since.

I've had other mods like that, but think the Drag was the most noticeable.

Only have one mod that I can't use all of my toppers on, and it's my RSQ squonk. The RSQ definitely has a short throw as far as how deep of a 510 pin it will take.

In those situations, I usually just loosen it with a small screwdriver or coiling mandrel by giving it a few compressions.
ye now i can srew it 90 % down and it get little bit tight the last 10% but it gose down and it gets more loose with each time so i think its gona be ok ! i hope :/
