It sucks you and others have had to deal with these issues. Hopefully you posting here will alert future/potential customers to what a horrible company Voopoo is. Not only do they produce defective products but their customer service refuses to stand behind the defective product.

You should post links to this thread on all of Voopoo's social media pages and all other ecig forums then send Voopoo links to your posts. Let them know you will not go quietly in to the night.

I posted a link to the thread on their instagram page in a Panda discussion

Just a quick update to say that I received the replacement Panda kit. They did not send replacements for the 5 additional faulty pods although replacements for the leaky pods were what I really wanted. Also, the sent a different color. It's not a big deal since I told them I didn't care about the color but they asked me to pick and then asked me to confirm my color choice and then they sent a different color--haha!

I posted this on a separate thread but thought I'd try here for visibility:

Hello!

I tried searching the posts but didn't find a lnything about this issue (but maybe I missed it, so feel free to link an post if you did)

I've had some of the same issues other people have had with it leaking. It doesn't bother me too much, I just generally clean out the extra E juice of its leaking, and I haven't had any problems. I've had it for almost 3 months.

Yesterday the red charging light just stayed on after I unplugged it. I tried cleaning out the contacts, I tried to turn it "off" but nothing happens. I plugged it in last night (with the pod out just in case it over heated or something, my friend had that happen right after she bought hers), and now the light is green which means it fully charged but it's still on even though I unplugged it.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any other ideas

One the previous page, someone said the light stayed on red and the device autofired and burnt. I've seen similar complaints about the leaking causing shorts and melting pods. The leaking is a safety hazard so I stopped using it.

Just got it and haven’t used it yet. Looks nice. Here are a few comparison photos next to other popular pod mods.

In looking over the manual, I didn’t see anything about the LED indicating battery life. I’m rather disappointed by it. I expected more from the company that also makes mods with the gene chip.

Instead of indicating the battery life, the color of the LED indicates whether you are using the 12W pod (intended for base) or the 8W pod (intended for salt). I don’t see why that is necessary since the wattage is printed on the pods. Also most folks are probably only going to be using one.

When the battery charge is depleted, the blue LED will flash 10 times. That seems stupid to me. When it no longer works, I won’t need a blinking LED to figure out that it’s not working. That’s like making a car without a gas gauge that blinks the headlights 10 times when it no longer runs. Then it’s too late!

The battery life is a very large 1100 mah. That’ll likely last me a day or more. So I can just plug it in at the end of every day.

I'm not disappointed in the battery life, or the lack of an indicator light, but the pod leaking is driving me nuts! Love everything about the device, except that. I'm using 2 or 3 pods a week, which is still cheaper than smoking. BTW, haven't smoked a cig. in over 4 years, & stopped using nic. about 8 months ago.

Congrats on quitting nic! I hope to get there one day. I'm down to 2ml of 5mg/ml per day (10x less than where I started in February of this year). But it is a real struggle for me.

It is a shame that Voopoo hasn't fixed the leaking issue. If they had, it is likely that I would still be using it. I liked it a lot.

Hello!
I have been using my panda for around a month, maybe 2. Haven’t had any issues other than a bit of leaking, which seems like a common issue. No electrical issues until today, where the device just stopped firing until the 20th or 30th click. For reference, it is fully charged and still hits well when it does work. But I click once and the blue LED blinks, nothing happens. Same with holding. Click about 20 times or so and the led goes on GREEN, and the device hits. Super strange and I was wondering if anyone has had a similar situation or has any advice on this? When I have time later I may take everything apart and try to clean/dry it well but it’s really annoying trying to take a quick hit and having to click 20+ times to try to get it to fire.
