After months of use, none of my 510 connecting tanks secure tightly. It wont hold a tight contact to fire, its like they are stripped but visually they look fine. My heart is broken none the less. any suggestions or help? :(

I have the exact problem you have.
For a fix, I am going to use an "Air Flow Controller" and attach it to the spinning wheel with three or four "roll pins". The roll pins will hold the air flow controller in place and provide the negative connection. The positive post in the air flow controller will provide the positive connection. This will give new 510 threads, but raise the tank slightly.

roll pins huh? Ive owned this since it came to my local shop so i doubt its under warranty. Ive read others suggesting a 510 510 connector but have yet to see someone successfully follow thru with the transformation. Im going to try my hand at warranty today after work if all else fails i'l try a 510 adapter. What roll pins will you be using?

This is an assortment kit of roll pins from Harbor Freight.
Another option is to drill and tap the rotating 510 wheel and attach an air flow controller on with small screws. I am going to try the small roll pins first and it they do not hold long term I will then use screws.

I am curious to see as to how this will turn out. Is the plan to incorporate the roll pin into the existing notch on the side of the rotating 510 threading? Any disassembly on the mod itself? And as a last resort predrilling and using a setscrew method, do you plan to sink the rotating 510 to the mod? or setscrew a 510 to 510 adapter to keep the rotating connection? Every man has his techniques!

After speaking with the company, they agreed to replace it. so needless to say there will be no tinkering this time around, I am definitely going to get an air control to definitely preserve the threads on the new replacement. Id really like to keep the progress of this thread going to assist those less fortunate with an alternative fix.

Wait, you got Innokin to replace it? Mine is starting to strip out after only 3 months and I'm jiggering with bits of tissue for the moment but it's going. Fast. And I are not too happy with Innokin at the moment.
