VTR as bottom feeder

So I have an IGO-L on the VTR's extender tube this moment, and see clearly that innokin INTENDED for it to be a bottle holder. Sheer genius. The execution is somewhat halfhearted, though, having no cutout for squonking and no way to get a bottle and tube into its sealed innards.

Any ideas? The package needs to fit in 20mm OD x 45 mm long, 510 threads each end.

A xl carto is 45mm I think, shorten tube use modified ends on a carto tank.. Are we on the same page?
