I'm seriously considering a jump into the "mass produced" (I've already got a homemade VV mod) mod world. Here's what I'm looking for...

Variable voltage. I don't care whether or not it's got VW, but VV is a must.
Single 18350 tube. I don't want to look or feel like I'm carrying a ******* light saber.
Ego threads. I've got lots of ego threaded clearos, attys, etc, and have worked out their kinks, love them all for different purposes, and want to keep using them on this mod.

I don't want to spend a bunch of money either. If I love the mod stuff, I'll pick up something more expensive. At this point however, I don't care if it's "Chinese", or if it's a bit "cheap" by the Provari-touters. I just want something that will work, and let me know if the "dildo mods" as I call them, are for me. I've got a homemade 2x14500 VV box mod that works great, but is a bit bulky for packing around, so it's used for at-home duty only.

So... any suggestions?

A Vamo sounds like it fits the bill. You can use it with an 18350, it has variable voltage - also variable wattage. It has ego threading. I think the only thing that won't fit is a T3 because the base is too wide, but it will take ego threaded "stardust" type clearos. I put an ego threaded cone on mine to test the threading and it screwed on perfectly.
Review here for you for if you want more in depth info:

Hhhmmm... I do usually have 1 or 2 loaded T3 mini's (they work great as a stealth vape at work or in the field), so it would be nice (although not absolutely necessary) to be able to use them too. The VAMO is definitely on the list.

Anything that WILL fit the T3's? I try to not have more than 1 delivery system loaded with the same juice at the same time, and switch flavors a lot.

The Anyvape CVI has two sizes - 18650 or 18350, and can take T3s as well as other ego threaded attachments.
Might be hard to find any right now though as they sold out and the next shipment from China will be somewhere after 15-17 Feb I believe.
The version 1 and version two are the same, they just added a different looking head piece on version two which is a purely cosmetic change. Personally I like the look of the v1 better and have one coming.
The Anyvape CVI also has variable voltage, and variable wattage.

Morpheus - I've had bad luck with 510-ego adaptors. I try to avoid them whenever possible. If I'm dropping money on a new device, I'm not going to *plan* on having to use one.

Kiwi, the anyvape looks good too. Would prefer the multi-button setup as opposed to the single button though.

The new iTaste SVD is telescoping, so can be used with an 18350. It has variable voltage, and variable wattage. There are different buttons so you aren't always using the fire button. The specs say it will take ego threaded attachments including T3s.
It looks a bit big in 18350 compared to other vv mods though.
Phil Busardo is going to review it. I'm waiting to see a few more reviews myself.

Any other suggestions?

I also found this, the Vari-Tube. Quite inexpensive (or cheap, haven't found many reviews) with all the features I'm looking for. I don't know if it will fit the Kangers though. They also have a chrome version with an angled top piece for a few bucks more. Aesthetics really aren't important to me.

Standard Vari-Tube Variable Voltage Electronic Cigarette by Young June. Black or silver, full size or mini

Anyone used this one?

That's a Young June lavatube, basically. You can't use two different sizes unless you buy two of them - one in each size. I don't know how accurate it is on the voltage settings.
I doubt it has ego threading that will take a T3 - will be a standard 510 connection I would think.
Edit -may have ego threading that takes the other ego attachments though - the YJ varitube v 2.0 does.

The Evic looks nice (love Joyetech quality) but it's got a lot of features I really don't need. I have no desire to plug my vape into my computer to "update" it. I don't need to know how many puffs I've taken. And I don't want to pay $100 for these things I don't want/need.

On the other hand, it's got a very good fire button placement for usage in mini form, unlike some other options. You'd be surprised at how important that can be.
It's also got a high frequency non square wave output, also unlike some others. Some people complain about the 'ratlesnake' effect on some vv mods due to low frequency PWM square outputs.
