So, to clarify, you put your Evod on the VV and it vaped well? Then moved it to the eGo battery and it vaped poorly? Is that correct?

- What wattage is your VV set to?
- What is the resistance of your Evod?
- And if your eGo is not a variable voltage (twist style), it's just giving you a straight 3.7 volts (ish) unless it is almost at the end of its battery life.
- Are both batteries fully charged?

If you have a higher resistance on your Evod, then perhaps the eGo battery is not producing enough wattage for it to vape well . . .
I guess a little more data is needed to help you fully. :)

I agree with ruby. If you're running a standard non variable ego battery then most likely the problem is you were getting more voltage out of the vv v3 than the ego. Also from what I've heard evod type batteries are regulated 3.7v and ego's are like 3.3-3.4v I believe. If your ego battery is not variable voltage then a lower ohm coil like a 1.8ohm will perform better on it than say a 2.2 or 2.5ohm coil. With the v3 you can run higher voltage with higher ohm coils so it's not a big deal.

iTaste V3
capacity - 800 mah
range - 3.3V - 5.0V , 6.0W-11.0W
output - 3.5 amps

eGo VV V2
capacity - 1200 mah
range - 3.0V - 6.0V
output - 2.5 amps

There are the general stats for the two devices. As Ruby said, what is the OHM of your EVOD?
Also if you are battery isn't fully charged you do lose power to the load on the device which may impact the vaping experience you get with that.

It is an EVOD battery (So 3.7 volts regulated) fully charged... it works fine on the EVOD battery, then I switch it to the VV 3.0 at about 7 watts and it vapes fine (shows 2.1 ohms at the coil eventho they are suppose to be 2.5... I will be building 1.8 ohm coils in the future but these are stock kanger).

When I switch it back to the EVOD it doesn't seem to work well at all.
