From the research I have done here are the chips I have found in many mods out there in the www

Naos raptor 60/120/200
Okr/okl
Mosfet
dna 20/30/40/50 (evolv and Chinese brands)
Yihiecigar sx330/sx350

What have u all used and any issues tips or tricks?
General advise or reference pages/materials?

SX350 I recommend highly, anything Yihi really. Have you seen PBusardo's review of the SXmini? You should check it out it is a seriously nice piece, and you can get just the board if you want to build your own box.

Building is my objective but I could only find the sxmini for 89 and the sx330 v3 for 79 and I would like near 100-150 watts I enjoy sevral flavors near 70 watts

The okl-t20 is 110 and $20 and the raptor 120 is $22 and the parts list from mamu puts me near $55
