I Am new with the sigelei and VV units. What is a baseline setting for watts and volts for low resistance genesis stlye coils? I used the chart provided here to get some ideas, but am getting some "burnt" tasting hits now and then. I think I just need to space out the vapes and let things cool off/. Maybe????

Go by taste. Start low and work up. Don't worry about the numbers.
If it tastes great, it's good. If it tastes burnt, you have too much power, or a problem in the atty.

I agree with Off Topic. Once you find the best taste then you'll have the numbers.
It depends much on the flavor. Light flavors can burn or wash out at 6-8 Watts and stronger flavors at 9-11W. Coffee will go higher yet. And the range of the LR genesis is @0.8 to 1.4Ω (what's yours??) ...so it's hard to give an exact answer other than 'try different settings' 
The general rule of thumb is take the resistance and add 2 to get the voltage. a 1.7 ohm atty, add 2 and you get 3.7v. A 3 ohm atty, add 2 and you set it at 5v etc.
But as the other have stated, taste is so subjective there is no hard and fast rule. Sometimes I like to run a 1.7 at 4.2v, sometimes I run it at 3.4v depending on my mood. Really, just start low and work up to get the taste you like.

You say your using a genesis style atty, which means that the reason you are most likely getting burnt taste is b/c your wick isn't wicking well enough. Do you notice it more when your tank is low? There's various factors that effect how well your wick soaks up juice.
