Vv passthru for 18650 mods ( reo grand)

This uses the lm2596 and a footswitch to conserve the life of the chip and the v display. It uses a 15v 5 amp input ( an old laptop cord). I turned a piece or a rake handle down a few mm to make a dummy 18650 and hooked up pos/Neg contacts to it. Really enjoying it !

Thanks tomcatt! Yep full range vv. I just love the liquid feed on my reo, and was dying to try VV finally. The stomp box contains the regulator, adjusted by screwdriver, led display, and footswitch. You can leave it plugged in by the couch and just switch it off. I also modded my desk chair to be able to hold the stomp box on the arm rest. When you want to vape, just hit the switch with your forearm. It is a click on off, not momentary. You use the grands mechanical switch to vape.

Why thank you A PT wouldn't really work for me but with a laptop PSU, foot switch and an attractive bottom feeding unit it has a nice relaxing casual feel to it, and is a cut above the average passthrough.

Thanks! Yep, I am inspired by comfort, and figuring out ways to make vaping easier is the way i achieve comfort. with the desk chair involved this could be the largest mod ever lol. I think I will call it "the electric chair."
