VV recommendations for AVE juices?

I'm new to VV (just got an eGo Twist) and almost exclusively vape AVE. I previously was using an eGo with Joye LR atty.

If any of you VV veterans can offer some suggestions for voltage/ohm combinations that would maximize the AVE experience, I would be grateful.

Im not a veteran yet but i might be able to help a little. As for your juice im not used that kind before. But when it comes to VV its all about taste one juice maybe sweeter at higher volts and another might taste worse. It has alot to do with you as a individual. I know that dosnt help much lol but it is about taste. So just try different volts to see. And you never know one that you didnt like before may become your new favorite lol.

Just try different volts and see what tastes best to you. there is no best voltage for any one person. each is individual.

For me its 4.4 to 5v using a 2.5 cisco 510 and Havana Gold My all day every day Vape.

I have to agree that it will be an individual preference. Just try different voltages until you find something to your liking. That being said, I use Boba's and GJ all the time with a boge 3.0 in a tank at 5.0 volts and that works for me. Good luck!

I agree with MX. I use Bobas Bounty in a cisco 2.5ohm 510 at 5.0V. Gorilla Juice tends to be able to take high voltage even better than Boba, IMO. I have used Gorilla in a carto tank with a 2.0ohm Boge carto at 5.5V just for monster throat hit and it still tastes great.

i just started using genesis style attys and man do the flavors really come out. Bobas is the freakin bomb. And dont even get me started on the raf. Lol all at under 4.0 v

I run Boba's on 3.0ohm Boges at ~5.2v for a perfect flavour as well as Boge 2.0's at ~4.4v. Since my cartos are always +-0.2ohms off it's roughly in that area. Gorilla Juice seems to be able to hand a ~0.2v more for me.

I find that 8-8.5 watts in cartos is the sweet spot for all of my AVE juices.

Remember one of the ohm's law formulas:
(Volts X Volts)/Ohms=Watts

So with an Ego Twist(which is max 4.8V) its better to use 2.o ohm Boges? U get same flavour with the 2.0 and 3.0?

Yes, they're the same thing, just different resistances. If I were using a twist, I'd definitely opt for the 2.0 ohm cartos.

You're welcome. Just be careful with the holes. Too big and it will flood. Too small and you may have wicking issues. Experiment and find what works best for you.

I've been punching holes (4 big ones) for some time now and I find I have to suck quite hard for it to wick into the carto. I finally decided to try slotting as per pbusardo's YouTube video on slotting cartos and I have to say ill never punch another hole. Carto remains in shape, plenty of wicking for thick stuff like boba's, and I don't have to suck really hard to see some bubbles indicating its wicking. Slotting for the win!
