Thanks Karen. That's a start.

Um....if I would have been picked as a beta tester...um....I could and would have taken a pic with the Mini, Grand, and Woodvil....but....alasView attachment 103287....that is in the past now.

I don't hint much

Maybe next time :thumb: hint

Just kidding. I don't have that much experience. There are many others that could give a lot better reviews.

I think the beta testers should have lots of other PV usage to give a good comparison. I didn't go that route so lack the ability.

I share the feeling about beta testing any mod only cause of my narrow favorite types of REOs. That being said I do use attys exclusively and tried almost everyone out there so another chance to beta test I'd definitely be into. ;)

A 10ml bottle would be great but I don't see how to accommodate one without increasing the size of the mod.

No it wasnt a case of increaseing the size of the Mod it was that there is more height available as all of the electronics are housed behind the derlin cover. And with the shutoff switch not being located below the juice bottle as it is in the VV Woodvil there was some extra height available. So I beleive it was metioned earlier on in this thread as a possibility. Just needed to find a bottle with the same diameter as the 6ml with 10 ml volume. Or at least that was my take on it.

I agree in terms with height but I was speaking of width. Like Rob and others I have scoured the net looking for a 10ml with the same diameter with no luck. Looking at the room in the regular Woodvil, Grand and the VV Woodvil there is no room at all for either a wider bottle or battery for that matter. Maybe someone will find a bottle but I have not. :(

Could a bottle( or 1000) be made or would that be cost prohibited? I think people would be willing to go for a larger bottle and pay the extra cash for one. THe bottle might end up costing $2 or $4 per bottle but I think more than a few Reonauts would be willing to spend that to have the 9ml on board. JUst asking here as I've never gone this route with manufacturers.

Dang it, Sterno beat me to the punch. Being with me on errands when I picked up Excalibur, he got to assemble it, fill it, and try the first vape with the BFF. Just freakin' wow.

The VV Grand is longer, less wide and rounded....it makes clutching it in your hand seem so natural, that you don't want to let go of it. Beautiful workmanship, and I think I may like the button on this mod better than the original Grand. (I don't think an on-off switch is necessary, but no complaints of its inclusion.)

Matches the BFF, and am thoroughly enjoying it. Currently trying an oxidized ss mesh wick to see if I can get a bit more life out of it. Definitely like the crisp, clean taste it gives the juice.

Sterno, after holding it in his hand for a minute, took a nice long Vapezilla drag and filled the inside of my car with vapor. His pronouncement: "........"

Indeed, Sterno. Goddman indeed.

I'll put a grovel in here for Feisty Alice..... she has a big storage container of bunches of unused attys/cartos of many types and resistances. Box labeled, "3.7v REOs Make Us Shoved to the Back."

Oooh....I've got a 5v 510 or four that I may have to try out on this!

Yeah, anything above 1.8, carto/atty just doesn't do it at 3.7v, for us. 5v batteries just too much hassle and stacking became a little scary for me in anything not regulated until I got the Buzz Pro while impatiently waiting for VVW. ProVari sat here for months unused as did GTTS. They are long gone traded for REOs. Kicked Don is used but only while sitting in recliner as it and Buzz Pro, both with tanks, just not very carry around friendly. VVWs getting a good work out though. But with hot weather upon us I'm having a lot of cup leaking with the 801s using attys. Just can't find a really thick juice I like the taste of. (I've started carrying a small cooler in car and throw a blue ice in it when I head out the door. Keeps REOs from self feeding when inside car temps get up to 150F.)

It was not my intention to do this but last night threw an IKV Fusion carto on one 801 VVW and a stealth adapter on the other with a 2.2 Smoketech carto. (I need to talk to Robert about the new smaller catch cups on the new 801s as I don't have nearly as much cup overflow with the old taller 801 catch cups.) Anyway, the 510 attys I've tried on 801 VVW, using stealth adapter, have so far been a bust as they are way too leaky and messy.

Hugs, Feisty Alice

{edit} It was never my intention to use anything other than IKV 801 attys on 801 REOs. I don't have as much issue with the 801 Woodvils or 801 18490 Woodvils. It may be dynamics or possibly some juice thickness issues; just not sure.

Anyone know of a Butterscotch juice that is as thick as the thickest AVE juices? Or something to thicken juices without affecting flavor?

I see that MTBaker Vapor offers Butterscotch @100%vg, drop him a note on his site. Can't beat $6.99 for a 30ml. I've tried many of his flavors, but not that one.
