Just thought I'd share a VV Top Feed mod I made a few weeks ago. It runs on two 14500 batteries and uses the VV chip from madvapes, which all fits nicely inside two AA battery holders.
I haven't had any issues with the feeder or any leaking (although I need to shorten the feeder tube...), but I DO NOT RECOMMEND those blue boxes. They break waaaaay too easily. Go with the black battery holders, they are much more forgiving when it comes to snapping the battery door in place.
