I got the original Triple V pyrex tanks (7ml version) when they first came out. Filled them with a blunt large bore needle and used a dental tool to readjust the silicone grommets. I only put up with that for a couple of weeks when the vendor began offering the delrin endcaps and I got those. Much simpler to fill, and these are probably my favorite tanks because of their large capacity.

I never noticed any issues with pressure inside of the tank, either with the grommets or endcaps. When you inhale from your mouthpiece, the sucking action should create a negative pressure within the tank and force an air bubble thru the carto hole, thereby equalizing the internal pressure again.

Any reason that you have not ordered the endcaps for your Triple V tanks? It really makes filling the tank so much easier with these.
