Hi, I've been playing with my new VX2 for a few days and I'm loving it!

But recently, my second battery has been giving me trouble. It's fully charged, but it's not activating the atomizer when I pull. The other battery works just fine. So I guess it's a contact issue.

Is there anyway to fix it? Seems like a shame to throw away a 'perfectly fine' battery.

Received August 1st

I've had two vx2 batteries do this to me. One is completely hopeless, but the other will work after screwing it in several times until it makes a connection.

Fiddle with it for a bit, it might make a connection eventually. Also try cleaning the connection bits.

I've been trying to figure out how the battery actually connects to the atomizers. Where is the connection being made? And what is safe to use to clean it?

I've had this problem with my two most recent batteries for the VX2. One I sent back because it wouldn't activate the atomizer at all, and the other is dying. It only activates for about a half second, then turns off.

My first battery seems like it has liquid in the battery, even though I never drip. Has this happened to anybody else? I can't return this one, but I would warn people not to overfill the carts, and when you aren't using the ecig, unscrew the battery from the atomizer.

About a week ago I started to have the same problem. I believe it is my atty though seeing how both batteries seemed to fail at the same time. I was puffing on it and the battery started to blink. No big deal the other was on the charger and probably fully charged. I try that one and no vapor after a 10 sec pull and it started blinking as well. I plan on ordering a new atty soon I just hope it lasts longer this time.

Im having a similar issue to the two posts above me. Atomizer activates for about 1 second then cuts off. Ive only had it two days. Switching out the battery has no effect.

If i keep pulling it eventually flickers back on so Ive been compensating with a sort of 2 short puff combo. Other times it doesnt activate at all.

Its a shame because it worked flawlessly out of the box and for the first couple carts over a 36 hour period or so. I emailed Shawn to make sure i wasnt just doing something wrong...
