This morning I took a can of tobacco chew wrapped it in a ball with the cheese cloth I use for yogurt cheese straining[non bleached] Put it in a glass beaker covered with PG . Then heated water to boiling in a 2 cup pyrex measure, Sat the beaker in almost boiling water covered with a towel and let seep for 2-3 hrs. Pg was dark brown and I squeezed ever drop of liquid I could out of the cheese cloth. Got about 40 mils. Strained that thru a very fine gold mesh [metal ] coffee filter that I have never made coffee with. added 40 mils of VG. Put 60 mils in a Amber Glass 2 0z bottle and 20 mils in a 30 mil plastic juice bottle[each sanitized. Look like dark browm e liquid no particles that can been seen by naked eye. vaping some now in a EVOD with EGo battery. Taste not to bad. The brad of Chew I used is rated at the low end of available nicotine. Its a 2.2 while others are as high as 6.8. Is this WTA juice?

Well IK vaped 1 mil it tastes likeTobacco Chew just not as strong.I believe there is some nicotine present. Of Course if I were to substitute my old grisly long cut for the cheaper kayak chew there would be 3X more available nicotine. To my 20 mil bottle of this juice I have now added.,5 mil of Pomegranate Flavor concentrate and ,5 mil of High Shelf Clear Vanilla extract[no alcohol in it] This has toned down the Tobacco chew taste some.
If my freezer ever runs out of nicotine or it gets to the point where I can't get my hands on it, experimentation will be on the top of my list of things to do before someone gets hurt. I have not ever made any WTA (Whole Tobacco Alkaloid) but I read about extractions somewhere (probably on ecf) about how to do it. Congrats to you.
going to order a Home nicotine test kit. Also next batch using a Brand of chew that has 6.8mg nicotine available. This brand was rated a 2.2mg available. My research found that it is the PH of the brand that determines amount of nicotine available for absorption by mouth. More acidic less nic available. I soak in PG which I believe is PH neutral. Research also indicates additives determine PH. Worst 1 maybe is ammonia. And I have no way of testing if this makes a WTA liquid. Probably NET but Net can be extracted from chemical free tobacco Right
