Waiting on Fasttech.

Ordered an MVP from them on the 22nd, still hasn't shipped or anything, order status hasn't changed at all. I'm not super worried about it, as there was a weekend in there, but I'm just so impatient! Hopefully it comes soon, I have my order open in one window and a clock set to hong kong time in another window, just refreshing all day. Ugh. I hate waiting, but I'm so excited for when it gets here!

My order is with the Hong Kong postal service now, the tracking doesn't kick in it seems until it reaches the destination country though.

My order took ten days to get to Chicago. I got some info about four days after placing my order saying it was at the airport in hong kong and then nothing until it was in my mailbox. So don't expect to much by way of updates.

Most of the e cig stuff takes three days to ship...mine shipped in 4 days. I've ordered other stuff from them, normally arrives in 10 to 14 days and i'm here in utah. Great service though, they got back to me in 24 hours when i asked when the order was going to ship.

I asked them about that yesterday but haven't heard back yet. I had heard a couple of stories about someone ordering a product that was out of stock but the website had not, at that point, updated to reflect that information, so they were stuck waiting several weeks for a backorder.

Where at in Utah? What vape shop do you use the most, I keep hearing Salt Lake Vapors on the radio but there website didn't impress me enough to drive from Clearfield to SLC.

Took 2 weeks for my first order from them. Just ordered a vamo. For the money it's worth the wait.

Fasttech shipping - 8-14 days average. Much faster than most China shipping.
Shipping Free - Tracking $extra(cheap)
Backorders - Normally if anything in a multi-order is on back order, it is separated and shipped later. If tracking was paid, they issue secondary package tracking Free.

So far, an excellent company as to Pricing and shipping.

My order took 11 days to deliver and tracking was horrible (blame to China Post). Tracked to Customs. opened, sealed and next thing I knew it was at my door. Have to understand it's FT's turn to be overwhelmed with business. Great company with amazing prices and excellent customer service. Would order from them again in a heartbeat. What impressed me was a friend ordered a cheap PV and it was DOA. FT shipped a new one no questions asked.

I received orders in as little as 5 days & as long as 14.
The pain of waiting is almost worth paying for express shipping, but then it would be cheaper to buy local.... so being the broke cheap skates we are, we wait. LOL!
But if you look at like this, the waiting makes the enjoyment of opening & using (after a good washing) our goodies that much more fun.

My last order, 2 vamo's & 1 Gold K100 (makes for a complete set) came into San Francisco yesterday. It takes longer to get from SF to Ohio than it does from China to the USA. Of course one part is Air Mail & the last part is Pony Express.

Been super pleased with them myself. Feel bad I am not buying from a US company, but I'm only human (most days) and I can't resist the prices. Got both my orders in 8 days. Acceptable. They say "good things come to those who wait". Good luck.

Finally got a message from the company last night! The company they are getting the MVP from is apparently out of stock at the moment, but they're re-upping "within two days". They asked me if I wanted to wait or get refunded. I've waited six days already, what's two more gonna hurt?

Yep, I ordered mine on the 20th and got the email you did (but on Friday) and then got the shipping confirmation email with tracking # this morning

They did ship other parts of my order on Friday (I think they stalled the whole order expecting to get the MVP quicker than they did and then decided to ship what they had and then the rest when they got it)
