Well there is nothing Halo can really do for you as it appears USPS is the one responsible for your package at this point. The USPS also does not guarantee updates to package location will show up at all. After 5 days from the mail date you can call USPS and have them look for the package/report it missing, that is at least for the continental US as I have no idea where you live. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow!
I've had the same thing happen before and once my shipment went past my state almost to the west coast before being rerouted. The USPS is like anything else, it is prone to screw ups.
Did you get first class shipping or priority ? When I use priority I get my package in 3 days and with first class it takes about 5- 7 days from halo I'm in florida

Little late review here it made it in a bout a week,usps sent me some wrong info
dang bella valente that stuffs STRONG gota props to halo and love their juice got the sampler my favs are prime 15,tribeca,and malibu very good stuff, menthol ice was great, not big fan of the torque as an every day but a blue moon its nice to drip
yup had to wate forever it seems i duno what usps is smoking but sure as heck aint vapor!

Once the juice steeps for a couple of days you may find yourself liking flavors you didn't initially care for.
