[Resolved] Halo printed my shipping label and sat on my package for 3 days

Never had a problem personally. And as much as I appreciate the replies, I'd much rather get one from Halo!

Sorry for the troubles you're having, that's a bummer. Halo does have a phone number listed on their website, it's at the very bottom of the page of "Terms and Conditions". I don't know if they take calls on the weekend.

Check this out. Okay I love Halo and everything, USPS not so much.

Okay so, I ordered $75+ worth of juice/tanks/batteries on Tuesday. Next day I actually made ANOTHER order, a Triton starter kit for my step dad.(Trying to convert him too!) That order was also $75 added more juice and whatnot and it was made Wednesday. So both orders had the free shipping. I tracked the best I could, but quickly noticed that the later order was showing updates, the first was not. Oh hey guess what? The SECOND order arrived this morning. It actually beat the first order I made. The first order finally updated, and it showed it was at the same stop in my state which the second order was(At he same time!) before it got to me. Okay I am really tired but I hope I am making sense!

Maybe it'll get there a bit later today? I dunno, but its pretty hilarious and a good example to show how unpredictable the postal service can really be! It's all crazy sauce.

Yeah, I shouldn't have been as harsh in my reply I don't think... this is what happens when I haven't had my morning coffee and start up on the forums Mah bad man. I think it was just after having read all the replies about how Halo was crappy and whatnot about their shipping, when really its almost 90% the NJ USPS.... kinda irked me. I guess you were just the nearest target.

I'll make sure to have at least a cup of coffee from now on, promise
