Ok so I started vaping with my 510 and quit smoking analogs. Around the same exact time I found myself waking up exactly 1 hour earlier than my 8:00AM alarm clock. Im not a morning person so I would naturally fall back alseep immediately....but I cant.... Im wide awake. I lay in bed and smoke my ecig and play on my phone until my alarm rings an hour later. I dont mind this. I find myself having an extra 10 minutes to get ready without my snooze button and Im not miserable in the morning anymore so this is not a bad thing at all. I am however wondering if this is from me switching to an ecig. I never woke up for nicotine with analogs but am I waking up for the nicotine? Is it just a coincidence? Hell maybe I should just be happy and not care WHY....thanks for your responses in advance

I don't know that I am waking up earlier cause I have a weird scedule and get up at different times every day, but I do seem to wake up more alert and ready to go since I switched to e-cigs. This is a very good thing since I am so not a morning person and my family is much happier with me being more pleasant in the morning :).

Could be DST, but this aslo could be his body reacting to the lack of anologs.
Cigarettes, screw a lot of things up in your body. So what you are probably experieincing is more energy from not smoking! You body requires lest rest to feel energized.

Aslo, I have sleep apnea. I never use my machine cause I freakin hate the thing, and I almost always remove my mask in my sub concious anyway. But when I do manage to get a full night sleep with it, I generally waking up without my alarm too more alert. So this could be the same sort of thing your throat prol doesnt have much tar and crap in it anymore and your not snoring/getting more air when you sleep -> leading to better sleep -> leading to more engery

..again this is just speculation on my part....Im no DR.

Since I started vaping I have experienced several benefits. I was a pack a day smoker (25) for 40 years.

Within a week my wife reported I quit snoring, which BTW was pretty bad as it would lead to sleep apnoea many nights, because now I can breathe through my nose. I always slept 6 hrs, 7hrs if I slept in. Now it is more like 5 and 6. DST has nothing to so with this as my sleep patterns developed way before DST took effect.

I wake up refreshed and not fuzzy, I like Alex TM's thought wrt Carbon monoxide.
