Wall charger doesn't work in wall outlets

The wall charger for my screwdriver doesn't work in any on my wall outlets. It only works in the surge protector under the computer( it is a hassle).
Anyone have this problem. It appears the to prongs are too short to make a connection. Can I fix this?

Sounds like you might need a new one.

The Nano charger was meant to be used horizontal. Yes it is a pain and it charges too slow.

well surge bars are cheap, get one and plug it in elsewhere. Two bars for around 9.00 at wal mart.
