Hi everyone! Below is a link to a video I made to describe my wall charger behavior. It's been exchanged 3 times. It eventually completes the charge, and LED turns solid green. It does it with all of my 6 manual XLs. Please notice, the other charger I ordered while ago works fine. Both are connected to the same power strip and line voltage is 122V. Please advise!
Thank you!

The wall chargers have to sometimes be reset. Unplug it for several hours then plug in back in a few times. (including the cord from the box). You also have to sometimes clean the inside of them where the batt goes - gently - with a dry q-tip. 'stuff' gets in there that can wreck your charger if you don't keep it clean.

I don't think the wiring is the prob or it's abnormal behavior, after 3, anymore than you would shut off and turn back on your PC. Keep your charger/s unplugged when you don't use them or you'll burn it/them out. (If I recall, it's in the instruction manual - they have a very long lifespan.)

This is really simple, but my wall charger was acting funny for a while, and someone said to do this and it's worked ever since. Unplug the charger, disconnect the cord from the piece you screw the battery into, put them back together, then plug them in again.
I did it a couple times and it started working again. Although for me, it just always said my battery was fully charged even though it was dead...it didn't blink red and green like yours does...then again, I didn't leave the battery in long enough to see if it would change to red or not.
