I got my new slim charger last week and it is everything I hoped it would be (cat proof) and then some (it seems to do a more thorough job charging my batteries. I thought my batteries were dying - discharging and recharging very fast. When I plugged one of them into this charger, it took them a long time to charge and they are now lasting as they did when they were new).
