the 110V - USB adapter from Radio Shack works great for me and my 801 passthrough. It was $14.99 and, of course, no shipping.

I picked up a 4.5V 1600mA AC to DC power adapter from local Shack. Works great on my 801 corncob mod. Part # 273-1760 cost less than $4.00.

Got a little surprise once when I pushed the button with my lip past the mouth piece and my elbow on the PC case.

Had to reverse plug into wall recepticle.
