Just because it's a carcingogen doesn't mean it causes cancer at any amount. The FDA found "trace" mitrosamines, which can be carcinogens. Only one of the nitrosamines they found is known to cause cancer and it was only in trace amounts. The same nitrosamines are found in trace amounts in NRTs. NRTs don't have to disclose that they cause cancer.

The only thing that the FDA cares about and the only thing that has/will be reported is there are carcinogens. You are preaching to the quire on the rest but the general public doesnt want and wont listen to the rest of the paragraph.
