I'm looking to get a new mod. I have about a $100 to spend, trying to decide between Lavatube v2, Vamo, Zmax, and Tesla.

Can't decide, but also can't go with all of the above. So here I am looking for advice, and if anyone has any other suggestions I will be open to that as well. Whatever I get has to have VW, not necessarily VV.

Thanks in advance.

VTR man, ....'s cash. or save about 50 more and get yourself a DNA20.

between those though...zmax.

DNA20... is that the Nintendo controller? Yeah I wouldn't mid one of those but no idea where to get it. And the VTR is pretty sick, however not going to work because of the collar. My tank of choice is my kayfun.

Probably should have mentioned I currently have iTaste134 and Cool Fire II.

Go for a Sigelei Zmax V3 or V5, not a Smok Zmax. Best build quality, VV/VW, handles lots of 18XXX battery sizes without extension tubes. Look here for more information. During the last two months good prices have run from $40 for body only V3 with a 30-day warranty to $75 for a V3 kit with a 90-day warranty. V5 adds a different OLED display, cell phone charging and puff counter.

they have an extender piece that screws in so you can use RBA's but it looks a little strage and tall.

I don't know if I can mention how to but if you get on Facebook you can contact the people to get in line for the NES mod, there's also a few more floating around. you can make your own last I checked House of vapor has boards in stock again, and the comapny on facebook is called littup custom ecigs, if you want to make youre own there is a step by step guide in the modders forum to make a Milo which I plan on doing one day.

The waiting list whenI joined on 31DEC for Litt up was my completion day projected to 10MAR

If it's your first I would get a vamo. Reasonable cost get used to vv/vw then move on. A lot depends on what you have on hand already, you want to build on that.

As a former Vamo owner, I feel like I need to chime in and say that I really didn't like my Vamo V2. My mod is my primary ecig, and the Vamo just doesn't hold up to travel, being dropped, being slept on, etc. If there's any chance your mod is going to get roughed up a bit, I would strongly recommend against the Vamo.

I was thinking about getting a Smok Zmax at my local B&M tomorrow, but after your input kinda thinking against it. I'm not opposed to buying online, as long as from a reputable website and not FT.
The Sigelei Zmax runs the same basic power chip as the Smok Zmax but the Sigelei hardware and menu is a big step up.

I don't mean to derail someone else's thread, but I have a question since I'm looking to upgrade from a smok zmax and this is on my short list.
Do the Sigelei devices have a better switch than the smok version? Also, is the top cap press fit like the smok version or is it all one piece? These two bits are where my zmax is failing, but I have zero qualms with the performance.
