after vaping for over two years, i really would like to get into rebuildables. I have a basic knowledge of ohms/volts/watts. I also like the idea of subohming. I currently use an MVP2, and have found i much prefer Dual coil. IS this possible to use with subohms? and recommendations on a rebuildable tank would be great.

Thank you

Do you want a dripper or a tank system

The MVP is a great device, but for subohming or really dripping in general it falls a bit short. I love mine but I tend to use a mech for dripping and subohm builds. The battery limits just can't handle reliable output for a subohm build. If you want to get into an RTA the MVP would work fine IMO as long as you kept it above 1.4ohm. Any lower and battery life and limits start to be an issue since it can't handle loads more than 3A.

would there be a tank that: A) will work on the mvp at higher ohm, ans B) can be subohmed on the proper mech mod

If you want to try something low cost to test the water a little, both the Pyrex RSST and AGA-T2 tanks have worked well for me. On each I've built nicely working coils between 0.8 and 2.0 ohm. I use them primarily for on the go paired with Provari which has a similar amp limit as you mvp., and keep my ohms about 1.5

More questions!
with the drip Rebuildables, how long would you say it lasts before needing refilled? When i think of drippers i think of Joye 510 attys, but from what im seeing the RBA drippers last quite a bit longer than that before needing refilled. IF this is true, im very open to suggestions of a dripper style to get that is preferable dual coil, and recommendations on a mech mod as well, Clones of course. Been doing some research on Amp ratings from batteries too, very very useful information on Taste your juice.

Depends on the dripper. Many drippers are being made with larger juice wells that allow longer between dripping. A few that I can think of off the top of my head are the:

origen v1 and v2 (v2 little larger)
magma
Storm-A (similiar well to origen v1)
3D dripper (needs 510 adapter or it will only work on the nemesis)

The origen v1, magma and 3d Dripper have available clones. The Storm-A costs about $35, the Origen V2 if you can find it over $100

Note all of these allow for both Dual coil and single coil builds
